Min 1: 55 Sec Plank Hold
Min 2: 30 alt Jump Lunges
Min 3: 25 Hollow Rock
Min 4: 20 Push-Ups
Min 5: 15 Single Leg Glute Bridges (each side)
B. RUN for 15 Minutes
* Get outside and jog if you can. distance does not matter. If you refuse to go outside I want you to complete 15 Minutes of constant Jumping Jacks.
